Please understand that it is the manufacturers who guarantee that a product will work, and that your service calls and concerns should be addressed to the following contact points.

If a service technician deems that a product is a safety hazard, a lemon, or otherwise authorizes a replacement, the manufacturer will authorize Napa Valley Appliance to replace the machine at the cost of the manufacturer.

If you decide to return the item without having the service technician authorize a replacement in writing, it will be subject to the standard 15% restocking fee. The manufacturers are very strict about the way they want to handle service issues. Please be patient with them, and us.
